Quince Apartment
Located around the Scout Area, a three and a half-storey apartment with a 400 square meter floor area, built on a 200 square meter lot area was designed to make use of the old structure and turn it into a 12-door apartment building. The main priority for the design was to make passive ventilation and open hallways to make all the units centralized.
