J.S. Residence
The concept for this residential guest house was a modern version of bahay kubo with wider than usual eaves. It also has an all-white exterior to prevent the heat from being absorbed. It is a one and half-storey with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, built on a 460 square meter lot with a 90 square meter floor area. The design also includes the maximized use of windows to provide more natural lighting and ventilation for the users.
