President

Ar. Santos is a proud product of University of Santo Tomas’ Architecture program. She has established Butan from the ground up, growing the company to a team of 8 to 50. She is very passionate about providing dignified jobs and livelihoods, especially to blue-collar workers. Thanks to her transformational leadership, Butan has completed over 100 small to medium‑scale projects to date.

EMILIO FRANCO “PACO” H. PILI

Partner & Design Consultant

Paco is one of the sought-after upcycling artists and metal sculptors in the country having been commissioned by big companies like Bacardi and Acer. He leads Butan in their creative metal works and art installations giving the projects a distinctive execution. IDR. JHAY-AR DE LOS SANTOS

Interior Designer & Project Manager

Jhay-ar is a licensed interior designer and one of the pioneer employees of Butan. He specializes in corporate projects and makes sure that the design that Butan makes for their clients adheres to the brand guidelines and represents the company’s vision.

Danielle Silvestre

Junior Architect & Project Manager

Danielle holds a degree in Architecture from Pamantasan Lungsod ng Maynila. She has vast experience overseeing projects from demolition to construction. She also assists Ar. Santos in the design phase by creating 3D renders for full visualization of the client.

NOEL A. BAARDE

Construction and Fabrication Lead Foreman

As the head foreman, his 20+ years experience in the industry handling small to large projects, makes him a respected leader on-site. He ensures that all workers understand the task that they are doing and they execute as planned.

BAYANI F. CRUZ

Head Electrician

Bayani is a graduate from Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He used to work as a field inspector, electrical supervisor, and site inspector in other different companies. He used the knowledge that he gained through years of experience in his job, which mainly focuses on electrical layout wirings.

CONRADO A. BAARDE JR.

Head Carpentry

For six years, Conrado was able to lead the fabrication of furniture and modules from different projects. His attention to detail and craftsmanship help the team execute woodworks flawlessly.
