Your first look at how your space can be in reality! The Architect will present conceptual plans and design solutions after an in depth analysis of your requirements and the possibilities of the space.
This is a very collaborative process between you and our team to make sure we refine how the space will look and operate.
Design takes more form as we finalize both the interior and exterior plans. Our Interior Designers will come in to help with material selection and design improvement. Our Engineers will develop plumbing, electrical and other technical systems. You can look forward to seeing a 3D model of the design for full visualization.
With the design, systems, and materials in place, we will prepare the initial Cost Estimate.
We remove the hassle of the paperwork needed for your project. Our team takes care of all the government documents and approvals.
Now, we build! We execute the design as planned and within agreed timelines. You can count on our Project Manager to do extensive supervision and coordination across different suppliers and professionals involved in the construction. He/she sends daily updates and weekly reports about the progress on site to the client.
We turnover to you the project after we conducted a thorough checking if everything was executed according to the plan, and of course cleaned the space.
The project is now ready for use or occupancy! Time to enjoy the new space!
